Welcome to YouniQ Era Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry dedicated to spiritual growth, emotional healing, and Christ-centered community. By accessing or participating in any of our online groups, events, services, or digital resources, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Community Expectations

YouniQ Era is a safe place for healing, honesty, and transformation.
By joining our community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect, dignity, and compassion.

• Participate in a spirit of unity, maturity, and spiritual growth.

• Honor personal boundaries and maintain a peaceful environment.

• Avoid judgment, gossip, harassment, or divisive behavior.

Any behavior that disrupts peace, safety, or spiritual growth may result in removal from groups, events, or platforms.

2. Not a Replacement for Medical or Mental Health Care

YouniQ Era provides biblical teaching, spiritual encouragement, support groups, and wellness education.

We are not a replacement for:

• therapy

• counseling

• psychiatry

• crisis services

• emergency or medical care

If you are in crisis or experiencing severe emotional distress, call 911 or contact your local crisis hotline immediately.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

We honor your privacy and expect the same from all members.

You agree to:

• Keep personal stories shared in groups private.

• Never record, screenshot, or save private conversations without permission.

• Protect the identity of all members.

However, YouniQ Era cannot guarantee that every participant will follow these rules. Use wisdom when sharing personal information.

4. Spiritual Environment

By joining our community, you acknowledge that:

• This is a Christ-focused ministry.

• We share biblical teaching, prayer, prophecy, and worship.

• You may occasionally hear strong spiritual truths that challenge you.

Participation is voluntary. You may leave at any time.

5. Membership Requirements

To maintain the integrity of our community, all members must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Join with their real identity (no fake profiles).

• Agree to follow the culture, spirit, and values of this ministry.

Membership may be revoked if these terms are violated.

6. Digital Conduct

By using our website or joining our online services, you agree not to:

• Upload harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content

• Spam, solicit, or attempt to sell products to members

• Use abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language

• Disrupt live services or support groups

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these guidelines.

7. Donations

All donations given to YouniQ Era Corporation:

• Are voluntary

• Are tax-deductible

• Go directly toward ministry operations, outreach, technology, and community support

• Are non-refundable

 

8. Media Use & Recorded Content

Our Sunday Reset messages and certain teachings may be recorded.

By attending or participating, you agree that:

• Your voice may be heard if you speak during a recorded session

• You will not repost or redistribute our content without written permission

Support groups and private meetings are never recorded.

9. Removal & Membership Revocation

We reserve the right to remove, block, or restrict any participant who:

• Violates community guidelines

• Disrupts group safety or spiritual unity

• Displays abusive, predatory, or harmful behavior

• Refuses correction or repeatedly breaks rules

This protects the community.

10. Agreement

By accessing this website, attending online gatherings, or joining any YouniQ Era community space, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue participation in our platforms and events.
