Treat every participant and team member with dignity, even during disagreements.
Absolutely no shaming, labeling, name-calling, belittling, or attacking anyone’s progress, background, or personal history.
Maintain an environment of mutual respect for individuals of all backgrounds.
2. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
What is shared within this community must remain strictly confidential.
Absolutely no recording, screenshotting, or reposting another participant’s story or information outside of this platform.
Protect your own privacy; only share details you are comfortable processing in a group format.
3. STRUCTURAL ORDER & FLOW
Everyone has space to share, but no single participant may dominate group sessions.
Intentionally allow room for others to speak, reflect, and contribute.
Follow the facilitator's direction regarding timing, structure, and group flow.
4. NO SOLICITATION
Do not pitch, sell, cross-promote, or recruit community members for external businesses, services, or personal ventures.
Unauthorized commercial promotion or networking within group spaces is strictly prohibited.
5. NO EXPLICIT CONTENT
Sharing or uploading explicit, profane, sexually suggestive, or visually violent content is an immediate violation.
Keep all verbal and written communication professional, clean, and focused on behavioral recovery.
6. FAITH-GROUNDED PATTERNS
We operate under foundational, restorative principles focused on character reformation, moral integrity, and truth.
Our voluntary community tracking and support circles utilize principles designed to align character with healthy, destructive-free behavioral choices.
If you wish to introduce specific external resources or topics within the group, contact program leadership for authorization first.
7. INTOLERANCE OF DISCRIMINATION
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for discriminatory behavior.
Absolutely no racism, sexism, or targeted hostility toward any nationality, background, or personal identity.
We operate as a professional, multi-cultural support network dedicated to universal stability.
8. SUPPORT GROUP ETIQUETTE
Share personal insights, reflections, and support requests respectfully.
When responding to peers, focus on encouragement and shared accountability do not attempt to clinically diagnose, counsel, or criticize others.
Keep communications concise, supportive, and focused on personal development.
9. REVERENT ENGAGEMENT
Treat group interactions, reflection intervals, and programmatic exercises with absolute seriousness.
No disruptive, casual, or mocking behavior during structured group sessions or reflective exercises.
10. SAFETY FIRST
If a participant expresses intent to cause self-harm, indicates danger to others, or describes ongoing risk, program leadership must be notified immediately.
Facilitators reserve the right to execute immediate crisis protocols to protect human life.
11. CONSEQUENCES & COMPLIANCE
Failure to adhere to these community guidelines results in immediate removal from the digital space.
For court-referred or monitored participants, non-compliance or removal from the platform will be documented and reported directly to supervising authorities.
